Pre-registration DEADLINE April 24, 2009

Registration Fees:

$ 40 Two-day workshop (GTCC Member)        $100 Two-day workshop (Non-GTCC Member)

Participants will have the choice of OPI Renewal Units or college credit from MSU-Northern ($130).

          Teachers will receive a $120 stipend for attending the Technical Writing for the Masses at the end of July because of grant funding.

Pre-registration DEADLINE Friday, April 24, 2009

PRE-REGISTRATION:
Pre-registration deadline is April 24, 2009.  It is important that you express interest in workshops during the pre-registration period. Need for a particular workshop is determined by your interest.  A minimum of ten participants per workshop is needed.
You will be notified mid-MAY if the workshop is not offered and your registration will be refunded.  Otherwise, your pre-registration counts as your registration. 

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations must be submitted before June 1, 2009 to Brianna White by email brianna@gtccmt.org or by phone (406)434-2745. 
No refunds will be given for no shows.  Non-payment does not constitute cancellation.
You or your school district will be invoiced for outstanding balances.

FEE POLICY:
To provide the best in workshop organization, it is no longer our policy for registration fees to be paid at the workshop site.
Please submit registration fees by June 1, 2009.  If we have not received your payment by June 1st , and the workshop is full, you will be bumped should we receive registration with payment from another registrant.  If you are bumped from a workshop you will be notified.  After June 1st  registration fees must be sent at the time of registration.

REFUND POLICY:
NO refunds after June 1, 2009

NOTE:  
Registration for Summer Institute Workshops will be accepted until the date of the workshop providing space is available. Please make every attempt to register early.  Early registration helps to determine interest in a particular workshop and whether it will be offered or not.
