Serving all school districts in Blaine, Cascade, Chouteau, Glacier, Hill, Liberty, Pondera, Teton, and Toole counties, MNCESR is a collaborative effort of Professional Development Providers with the Montana Office of Public Instruction funded by a Title II Part A State Level Activities Grant, Indian Education for All Funds, and/or a Council of Chief State School Officers (CCSSO) Christa McAuliffe Grant.
