GTCC Summer Institute 2019
Workshop 1918
TITLE:
Alternative Journals
DESCRIPTION:
For young adults or young children who are not used to writing, learning how to write, paint, or express themselves can be extremely challenging. Alternative journals are a learning tool that can be used to help students become more comfortable recording and expressing their own insights and feelings.
Alternative journals are a way for students and teachers to personalize learning: a tool whose possibilities are unlimited. They can be used as a study guide, a planner, or a notebook; the uses for them are endless.
This class will show you various techniques and ideas to implement this fun and exciting learning tool in your classes.
