Empowering Right Brain Learners
DESCRIPTION:
No matter what you teach, you have come across struggling learners. Despite your many efforts, you still feel helpless. Some have been in RTI or Special Education for most of their school careers. You can help these “Right Brain” learners with simple energy-sparing strategies. If you are ready to learn alternative teaching methods that can easily be implemented into any learning environment, you won’t want to miss this class, This class will improve behavior and will reduce academic stress for your entire class!

Requirements outlined in this syllabus are only for those taking the class for college credit.
OPI Renewal Units OR Continuing Education Credits (through MSU-Northern) will be available. 1 summer semester credit for a 2-day workshop. Price is $150.00 and will be paid at the workshop.
EXPENSES:
Participants will be responsible for travel, lodging, and meals.
REGISTRATION POLICY:
$40.00 per participant if GTCC member / $100.00 per participant if not a GTCC member.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:
Each participant should bring a notebook and colored pencils or markers.
