TITLE:
Introduction to Pickleball
COURSE DESCRIPTION:
Come learn about the fastest growing sport in America! You will learn the basic skills and rules of the fun sport of Pickleball as well as teaching ideas and suggestions for running a tournament.
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:
Come prepared to play! Wear a good pair of athletic shoes. Dress in layers. Bring a water bottle. There is a possibility of playing outside on Day 2, so bring sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat. GTCC will provide beginner wooden paddles, feel free to bring your own. Balls will be provided.
If you are taking this for a college credit, bring a tape measure for court set up and a laptop for creating lesson plans.

OPI Renewal Units -OR- 1 semester credit Continuing Education Credits (MSU-Northern) will be available ($150 - paid at the workshop).

Participants will be responsible for travel, lodging, and meals.
