Happy New Year! 2021 has FINALLY arrived and it couldn’t have come quickly enough! The Golden Triangle Curriculum Cooperative is taking every opportunity for renewal, change, positivity, and forward-thinking in the new year. We have many events & happenings planned that will roll out as we kick off our year. In the meantime, think about this quote as you come back into your schools from a much needed and much DESERVED winter break:

Summer Institute - Call for Instructors! PROPOSALS DUE FEBRUARY 15TH!
The Golden Triangle Curriculum Cooperative is successful because of educators who are willing to teach a course, collaborate with fellow members, and support professional development.
Summer Institute instructors will receive a $1500 stipend for their planning and teaching time.

Important Dates
You can still Register here to join the Golden Triangle Chapter Chat. You will just have to purchase your own book: "The Distance Learning Playbook, Grades K-12: Teaching for Engagement and Impact in Any Setting" by Douglas Fisher, Nancy Frey & John Hattie
Zoom Meetings: 1/ 21, 2/4, 2/18, 3/4, 3/18, 4/1, 4/15, 4/29 from 3:45-4:30 PM
15 OPI Renewal Units -OR- 1 semester graduate credit through MSU Northern ($150) - requirements will include reading the book, attending 7 out of 8 chapter chats, and completing a short evaluation
Bus/Voc Ed Revision: 1/19, 2/23, 3/23 -- Email: brianna@gtccmt.org to nominate a teacher
New Teacher Check-In: January 28 (1-4 PM)
