GTCC 101: Teacher Engagement, Best Practices & Standards Support

DESCRIPTION:

Whether you are a new teacher in the field of education, a new teacher in the Golden Triangle Curriculum Cooperative, or an administrator that would like to be more informed - this workshop is for you! During this workshop, you will learn great engagement strategies, how to access and use the GTCC standards, understand best practice teaching strategies, differentiation and integration strategies, and how to create a positive learning climate in your virtual or traditional classroom. You will also find this as a great opportunity to network with other teachers and administrators from member schools. Come and join in on the collaborative learning

OPI Renewal Units OR Continuing Education Credits (through MSU-Northern) will be available. 1 summer semester credit for a 2-day workshop. Price is $150.00 and must be paid in advance through Brianna.

EXPENSES:

Participants will be responsible for travel, lodging, and meals.

REGISTRATION POLICY:

$40.00 per participant if GTCC member / $100.00 per participant if not a GTCC member.  

REGISTRATION IS CONFIRMED UPON RECEIPT OF PAYMENT ONLY.  Registration and payment accepted online www.gtccmt.org, or mail to 869 Tumbleweed Lane, Deer Lodge, MT 59722.  If the workshop is full before payment is received, you will be refunded.  NO refunds after May 31, 2020.
